Synergos is now Mattison, a combination of two successful association management companies with a combined history that dates back to 1988.  Learn more about our combined company at www.mattisoncorp.com.

Synergos Association Management Company was founded as Nonprofit Solutions in 1996 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The name of the company was changed to Synergos Association Management Company in 2014. Lane Velayo, CAE, the current owner, purchased the company in 2017.

Synergos AMC today partners with more than 20 organizations. Our consistent goals are transparency, honesty and a sincere interest in ensuring a win-win for both the client and the company.

Our team

We employ a team of association professionals across our two offices in Indianapolis, IN and Saint Paul, MN. These employees bring different specialties to the table that allow us to provide a wide range of services to our clients (see products and services).

Our structure provides each of our partners with an account executive or coordinator who acts as your day to day contact. We are focused on crafting a staff support system that fits the unique needs of your organization. As needed, Synergos AMC employs several trusted freelance specialists managed by our team.


Synergos AMC provides a variety of services to approximately 20 international, national and state associations -- including our very first client from 1996. More than a quarter of our clients have entrusted Synergos AMC to be their very first staff.
