Our story

Synergos is an association management company that specializes in managing non-profit associations. Synergos traces its roots back to 1996 and has experienced modest and steady growth over its lifetime. Our hard work and desire to carry out the mission of the associations we serve has resulted in sustainable growth for our clients, built on a foundation of trust and long-lasting relationships.

Synergos offers part time and full-time services for associations. Our staff offers a wide
variety of skill-set that no ONE individual would likely possess. Just think, is it realistic that your Executive Director should be a charismatic speaker, web developer, and bookkeeper? At Synergos, we have the right people doing the right job. Synergos provides everything from clerical, bookkeeping, payroll, public relations, strategic planning, and video production services to for profit and non-profit businesses.

Our team

We employ a team of association professionals across our two offices in Indianapolis, IN and Saint Paul, MN.  In addition to these physical offices, Synergos employs association professionals in 4 other states. These employees bring different specialties to the table that allow us to provide a wide range of services to our clients (see products and services).

Our structure provides each of our partners with an account executive or coordinator who acts as your day to day contact. We are focused on crafting a staff support system that fits the unique needs of your organization. As needed, Synergos AMC employs several trusted freelance specialists managed by our team.


Synergos AMC provides a variety of services to approximately 30 international, national and state associations -- including our very first client from 1996. More than a quarter of our clients have entrusted Synergos AMC to be their very first staff.
